IMO 4

I made some imo 3 with oats and wood chips and put it in my imo collection box. I had nice growth with some grey black near the box bottom. I went ahead with imo 4 but after it finished it had a blue color especially on the wood chips. Smells ok and both piles never got over 118°. Can anyone tell me if this is ok to use?
