Organic or Conventional

Hi there.   Without exception, everyone that is teaching KNF is using conventional products to make the inputs. It seems counterproductive to use products loaded with conventional pesticides. I'm drinking this stuff! I've been buying organic brown sugar and organic vodka and beer. The price is more than double . . . as I'm sure you already know. Please explain how and why it is safe to go the cheap route. Thank you for your teaching. Much appreciated.
