Where to start

Hello Just asking where I can get reading materials for me to be able to practice KNF. I am from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in East Africa and I have been wondering if the same will be applicable and successful here. It is my hope that the book will address the following;

1. Pig Shed building guideline ( dimensions etc.)
2. Feeding program
3. How to make IMO and related recipe that are required.
4. Any key information which I have  not covered.
