IMO 2 Care

Just wondering what the ideal temperature and humidity should be in the room that you are keeping your IMO2 in?  Every so often i have to do a stir with my hands as the sugar and rice are starting to dry up and get hard.  Looking forward to your answers.

When I am storing IMO for a long time, sealing it and placing it in the fridge keeps it from drying out.

So that means that IMO2 won't need oxygen during storage? Can IMO2 be used on plants or soil as is?
