KNF Turkeys?

While I don't personally have experience with turkeys the setup is similar to chickens. The only thing that would be different is to make the floor about 1 foot deep of grass clippings or equivalent to start because they are bigger and heavier, and I would think that the pen size of 12'x14' would hold less than the 200 chickens it does for meat chickens because of their larger size.
