Ohn

Hi I've made ohn, I  left too much garlic and ginger in the jars so I come up short on liquid to pour off so I pressed the garlic/ginger in the jar to squeeze more liquid out. I'm left with a lot of sediment at the bottom of these two jars. Is it usable? Thanks
