Microbiology of a stomach of a wild ruminant, Any use of it?

Hi friends, I am new in the group, and I started to be more enthusiastic about the method of natural farming only last year. I have a content of o wild   ruminant animal at my home, and I was thinking that it is absolutely wonderful source of local microbiology, probably even historically this way may a local microbiology be transmitted from generation to generation.  I have look on it in microscope, and it is quite a dense sample full of many microbes and amoebas I have never seen before. Somebody has experience how this material may be used for regenerative practice the most useful way?
