Unripe Banana FPJ

Aloha Natural Farmers!   I have cut a stalk of green bananas, and am wondering if it is better to use the fruit, the peels, and the flower all together, or individually; and for this instance is is better layer the sugar and material, or to lomi it all together?   Thank You
